I am honoured to serve as one of the newly elected PRDC representatives for the Northern and Yorkshire region. I am an ST4 in General Adult Psychiatry and International Medical Graduate from Bangladesh, and with my diverse experience I hope to work towards advocating for resident doctors across the region by promoting equality and diversity, thus empowering inclusivity and strengthening support for the resident doctors. 

I would like to contribute in policies that can enhance resident doctors educational and professional growth, helping them navigate the challenges in different levels of training, including the transition between the different phases of training. 

Outside of my work, I love travelling, both alone and with my family, spending time with my kids, binge-watching serials, listening to music and singing alongside everything I do, decorating my house and exploring different cafes.
