萝莉视频

Digital accessibility statement

www.rcpsych.ac.uk

We're committed to making our website and other digital platforms as accessible as possible.

This website is run by the 萝莉视频, which is not a public sector body under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

However, we understand and appreciate the importance of accessibility and strive to make our content accessible to as wide an audience as possible.

For this reason, we aim to make the site compliant with the AA standard, as set by the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C).

This means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • read text descriptions of key images
  • view subtitles and transcripts for videos and podcasts
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).

We also aim to use plain English where possible. However, the site does include medical and other professional terms where appropriate.

provide guides on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

While we are always working on improving our site’s accessibility, we know some parts are not fully accessible:

  • Many links are not styled consistently and may not be adequately visible when given hover or keyboard focus.
  • Some navigation elements cannot be dismissed via keyboard.
  • Some pages and document attachments are not written in plain English.
  • Some tables do not have row or column headers.
  • Some documents have poor colour contrast.
  • Some heading elements are not consistent.
  • Some images do not have image descriptions.
  • Some images used to convey information have poor colour contrast .
  • Some information in tables cannot be reached with a keyboard.
  • Some content cannot be navigated in a logical order with a keyboard.
  • Some videos do not have captions.
  • Many documents are in PDF format and are not accessible.

Ongoing improvements

Many of the existing accessibility issues identified above are being addressed. We are systematically reviewing web page content for accessibility issues and are working with our web developers to implement changes. This page will be regularly updated as we address known accessibility issues.

Some improvements we've previously made include:

  • increasing font sizes to aid readability in sidebar text boxes
  • improving how screen readers handle embedded audio players
  • fixing a bug that prevented images being correctly marked as 'decorative' for screen readers.

The 萝莉视频 (RCPsych) is committed to making its website accessible, in line with the AA standard.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliance(s) listed below.

This accessibility statement applies to the www.rcpsych.ac.uk website. It does not apply to other rcpsych.ac.uk subdomains such as , or .

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  1. Images on some pages do not always have suitable image descriptions. Users of assistive technologies may not have access to information conveyed in images. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content).
  2. Some tables do not have table row or column headers. This means assistive technologies will not read the tables correctly. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).
  3. Many links are not styled consistently and may not be adequately visible when given hover or keyboard focus. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.11 (Non-text Contrast).
  4. Some tables are structured incorrectly, so screen readers cannot understand the relationships between information in the table. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).
  5. Some headings do not display correctly. They may look like normal text or a different type of heading. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).
  6. Some images use colour as the only way to convey meaning. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.1 (Use of Color).
  7. The main navigation cannot be opened, navigated or dismissed via keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 1.4.13 (Content on Hover or Focus), 2.1.1 (Keyboard), 2.1.2 (No Keyboard Trap), and 2.4.11 (Focus Not Obscured [Minimum]).
  8. Some images include text with poor colour contrast to its background. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast (Minimum)).
  9. Some pages use images of text instead of text. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.5 (Images of Text).
  10. Some images include elements with poor colour contrast to the background. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.11 (Non-text Contrast).
  11. If a table is too wide to fit on the screen, the hidden information cannot be reached with a keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard).
  12. Some pages have duplicate titles. This may make it difficult for users to orient themselves and find the right content. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.2 (Page Titled).
  13. Some content cannot be navigated in a logical order with a keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.3 (Focus Order).
  14. The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the text alone, or from the text and its context. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.4 (Link Purpose [In Context])
  15. Some headings don’t accurately describe the content underneath. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels).
  16. The text on some buttons doesn’t accurately describe what the button does. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels).
  17. On some pages the back to top link at the bottom of the page can hide focussed elements. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.11 (Focus Not Obscured (Minimum)).
  18. Some images of text that are used as links have image descriptions that don’t include all of the text. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.5.3 (Label in Name).
  19. The change in the default written language is not correctly identified on some pages. This means screen readers will not read content correctly. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.1.2 (Language of Parts).
  20. Some pages have inconsistently-placed language navigation. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.2.3 (Consistent Navigation).
  21. Some pages include videos without captions. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.2.2 (Captions)
  22. Some pages contain videos without a transcript. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.2.3 (Audio Description or Media Alternative)
