I joined the PRDC to ensure that the voices of resident doctors like myself are heard at the college level, advocating for issues that directly affect training and wellbeing.

My interests are a mix between General and Old age psychiatry with particular focus on research in old age, leadership. Alongside this, I enjoy delivering MRCPsych teaching sessions. In the long term, I aim to combine a clinical role with educational and leadership responsibilities.

I’m keen to work with other resident doctor on issues around burnout and workload, improving work-life balance and protecting quality of training amidst increasing pressures.

I enjoy watching and playing football with friends and faith community is very important to me, and I play the drums in my local church which helps maintain balance and perspective.
