I joined the PRDC as I believe resident doctor voices are essential in shaping policies that directly affect training and wellbeing.

I'm interested in general adult and forensic psychiatry, with additional interests in sports and exercise psychiatry and the use of the arts to promote mental wellbeing. I believe retention is a key issue and is keen to improve it by enhancing resident doctors sense of purpose through leadership opportunities and by prioritising wellbeing so that resident doctors feel supported and valued.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and learning new sports and have recently started playing Ultimate Frisbee. I also like to read, DJ and meet friends over good coffee.
