Dr Declan Hyland is a Consultant in general adult psychiatry working in an inpatient setting in the Merseyside region. He has a longstanding interest in recruitment to psychiatry, trainee retention and trainee wellbeing. He is the co-Training Programme Director for Core Training in Psychiatry for the Mersey and Cheshire region. He sits on the RCPsych's Trainee Support Committee and has done for several years
