Customer Relationship Management platform move

The College is moving away from our existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to Salesforce.

Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM. It helps membership organisations manage member records, engagement, events, and communications.

The College’s CRM currently supports a number of processes, and we will be moving those processes to Salesforce in a phased way. Phase one includes some events bookings and CPD which are moving to Salesforce during December 2025 and January 2026.

The transition will complete during 2026 and the move to a more powerful modern system will provide opportunities to improve member experience.

We will continue to update you on progress with this project.
