2025 RCPsych Awards shortlists announced
The shortlists for this year’s RCPsych Awards have been announced, with winners due to be revealed at our Awards Ceremony on 6 November.

The RCPsych Awards mark the highest level of achievement in psychiatry.
This year we’ll be awarding the stars of 2025 in 18 categories for outstanding individuals and teams, including resident doctors, researchers and SAS doctors.
Three top psychiatrists are in the running for the Psychiatrist of the Year Award, hoping to follow Dr Asif Bachlani, winner of last year’s award. The three are:
- Dr Emily Finch
- Dr Ranjeet Shah
- Dr Jon Van Niekerk
