What do we mean by Culture of Care?
Put simply, we mean a culture which feels like care is at the centre of it – that patients and staff feel cared for and are able to provide the care they want to for others.

In 2023, NHS 萝莉视频 convened a group with strong representation from the sector, lived experience leadership and involvement, and people who experience inequality in accessing and using mental health services, to develop a set of that describe in detail what this means. These standards form the bedrock of the programme and underpin all of our design and delivery.
The video series below describes the Culture of Care Standards and the bold vision for re-imagining inpatient care. The videos are recorded by the delivery team at NCCMH and our colleagues at NHS 萝莉视频. Please click the titles below to learn more about the Culture of Care Standards.
