Quality Network for Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams

Who we are

The Quality Network for Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams (QN-CRHTT) facilitates quality improvement and service development using a peer review model and a supportive network that encourages the sharing of best practice across services in the UK.

QN-CRHTT is open to all crisis resolution and home treatment services.

Accreditation Committee and Advisory Group Recruitment

We are now recruiting for the QN-CRHTT Accreditation Committee and Advisory Group.

The Accreditation Committee (AC) considers the evidence gathered about QN-CRHTT member services and makes a recommendation about accreditation status to the Combined Committee for Accreditation. The group meets every three months. Please review the AC terms of reference and complete this application form.

The Advisory Group (AG) comprises of professionals working across Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams. The purpose of the group is to promote and further develop the work of QN-CRHTT. The group meets every three months. Please review the AG terms of reference and complete this application form.

All applicants should be from services who are members of QN-CRHTT and undertaking the review process. We are looking for a range of disciplines including support workers, peer support workers, occupational therapists and assistants, psychologists and assistants, pharmacists, nurses, and psychiatrists. This list is not exhaustive.
