CAMHS Accreditation Training is aimed at clinicians and patient/carer representatives who want to understand more about the process, and is compulsory to attend for those who wish to participate in accreditation reviews in the future. You are not required to attend this training for focused or comprehensive peer-review visits.
This is the perfect opportunity if you plan to or have already signed up or for an accreditation visit as a reviewer or patient/carer representative this cycle and have not attended the training previously, or indeed if you have already completed the training and wish to refresh your knowledge of the process ahead of your next accreditation review.
We will be holding this training via Zoom. For details on how to register, please contact the team at qncc@rcpsych.ac.uk.
QNCC hold a Special Interest Day annually every May.
The theme of the 2025 event was: How can systems support individualised care?
The virtual event is aimed at those working within community CAMHS and includes a series of workshops focusing on shared learning across services. There is also the opportunity to network with others from similar services.
This event is free for members, and costs ?80pp for non-members.
Details of the event in 2026 will be released soon. Please check back here for any updates.
Review days provide the opportunity to review and learn from the host team's current practices and offer advice and support from your teams' experiences.
We are happy to provide a letter to confirm your attendance on the review, which you are able to use as part of your CPD activity (subject to peer group approval).
If you are interested in taking part in a review, please get in touch.
