National Audit of Dementia
The National Audit of Dementia (NAD) is a clinical audit programme commissioned by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership on behalf of NHS 萝莉视频 and the Welsh Government looking at quality of care received by people living with dementia in healthcare settings.
