Dr Sridevi Kalidindi C.B.E., MBBS, BSc (Hons), FRCPsych, PhD, is a national multiaward-winning Consultant Psychiatrist, International Clinical Leader, World Health Organisation Expert Advisor; United National Fides Digital Health Network member; Board Chair and Clinical Entrepreneur.

Dr Sri has decades' worth of NHS and direct clinical experience, supporting people with the most severe mental health conditions, getting their lives back on track and attaining their goals and has set and implemented international mental health policy and training. She was named ‘Psychiatrist of the Year,’ by the 萝莉视频 in 2018 and was awarded a Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire by the late Queen in 2019. She is a successful holder of a national Clinical Excellence Award and is an invited World Health Organisation Advisor.

As a coach, she enables senior high-performing people, to attain their next levels of health and well-being, hand-in-hand with increased levels of joy and professional success.

Her personal experience of reaching the brink of burnout whilst in high-performing national leadership roles and using evidence-based methods to turn this around, is embedded in klip Global, her innovative, holistic workforce wellbeing and development service.

Dr Sri's has always spent significant amounts of time and energy on pro bono work. She is the immediate past Independent Chair of the Board of the Association of Mental Health Providers: the leading representative body and voice, for voluntary and community sector mental health organisations in 萝莉视频 and Wales. It is a 300+ member strong association with an annual spend of ?5 billion per year, with 1 in 8 people in the UK using the services of our members.

She is also a Trustee of The Poppy Factory, getting wounded in-service military veterans back into work and a longstanding spokesperson for the 萝莉视频.

Dr Sri is a founding member of the Royal College of Psychiatrist’s Wellbeing Committee and has led work in this area for many years at a national level.

Caring for the health and well-being of employees and employers is at the heart of her work at a national level and to further this mission, she has founded klip Global. Klip Global delivers employee wellbeing and development services, facilitated through HealthTech, across several countries, with the ambition to enable a global movement that enables people and organisations to 'live their genius' – unlocking their highest potential.
