Dr Guy Northover
Chair, Child & Adolescent Faculty
Dr Guy Northover is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Berkshire where he works in a CAMH specific Early Intervention In Psychiatry service. He is also the Trusts Associate Medical Director for Digital and Clinical Safety, incorporating the role of Chief Clinical Information Officer. Guy has an MSC in digital health leadership and holds a special interest in the use of digital technology and AI in the delivery of mental health care.
Guy is the immediate past Getting it Right First Time National Clinical Lead for Children and Young Peoples Mental Health. He is passionate about data, data driven service improvement and Quality Improvement having taken on QI roles both within his trust and the Royal College of Psychiatry. Guy has been actively involved within the Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for most of his consultant career having held roles as the Thames Valley Regional Representative, faculty Finance Officer and most recently faculty Vice Chair.
